Quench Vents
Made of heavy-gauge steel, these factory-fabricated MRI quench vent systems are designed for tight spaces, including those with low clearances, and include multiple insulation options.
Each of our MRI quench vent options bolt together, a unique feature that provides zero-leak certainty under positive or negative pressure. No additional sealant or on-site welding is required, ensuring a consistent, efficient, safe and dependable installation every time.
MRISW Single Wall
Available in lightweight, easy-to-handle lengths.
MRIP2 Double Wall
We’ve added 2” of insulation to our Quench Vent solution. With two levels of insulation, this double-wall MRI quench vent delivers extra safety and durability.
Terminations
Choose from three different termination options.
Capped Roof
Installed on the roof of a building.
Sidewall
Installed at the side of a building, preferably the 3rd floor or higher.
Box
Installed at the lower levels of a building and used as a diffuser.
Bellows
Designed to handle thermal contraction after a quench event.
System Supports
We also provide support plates, hangers and full rings, each designed to be easily welded to a vent section to ensure proper support and reliability.
